Konaklı is where calm meets affordability. The settlement runs along the coastal road, with a broad sand-and-shingle beach and generally lower-rise development than the eastern districts. In summer the hotels make it livelier; in winter it is decidedly quiet.
Property here is usually cheaper than in Oba or the centre, yet the facilities in the complexes are often just as good: a pool, a garden, sometimes a gym and sauna. If you are buying mainly as a holiday home and do not mind driving or taking a dolmuş to the larger shops, this is a place to find a good buy.
The centre is about fifteen minutes by car, and this district lies closer to Antalya airport.
