Kargıcak is Alanya's eastern gateway. The settlement runs from the shore up into the hillside, so a large share of its properties sit high enough for an almost unobstructed sea view. In recent years this district has become the centre of the premium segment — the largest and best-equipped complexes were built here, with indoor pools, saunas, Turkish baths, gyms and often their own restaurant or café.

The developments typically come with generous green space and private parking, and the apartments are more spacious than in Mahmutlar: 2+1 and 3+1 layouts dominate, frequently with a two-storey penthouse arrangement. Banana and avocado plantations keep the area greener and quieter than districts further west.

In exchange, everyday errands often need a car or a dolmuş: the larger shops and the hospital are in Mahmutlar or the centre. For buyers who came specifically for the quiet, the view and the space, that is rarely a drawback.
