Oba is the district where the planning shows. The streets are wide and tree-lined, green space runs between the developments, and the atmosphere is calmer than in Mahmutlar — yet the centre is only minutes away. The district is home to the Alanyum shopping centre, several private clinics and international kindergartens and schools, which is why it appeals to those who want more than a holiday base.
The property market here runs from mid-range to premium.
