Gazipaşa is where Türkiye is still itself. The town was not built for tourism: daily life revolves around the local market, banana plantations and family businesses. The coastline is broken up by rocky coves and hidden beaches, and the mountains run closer to the sea than at Alanya.
Its biggest practical advantage is the international airport: some flights land here directly, which makes regular trips considerably easier. Property prices are the friendliest in the whole area, and modern developments are appearing steadily.
In exchange, the international community is small, services are more modest and fewer people speak English. This district is for buyers who value quiet and an authentic setting above convenience.
